ATLANTA, GEORGIA —March 23, 2016 — SOLTECH, Inc, a leading Atlanta software and staffing solutions firm, is partnering with The Iron Yard, a nationally-renowned immersive code school, on the Atlanta TechHire Initiative.

TechHire is an initiative and a call to action from the White House, to empower Americans with the skills they need. Atlanta is one of the top 10 cities in the United States with the greatest supply-demand gap in IT jobs.  The TechHire initiative is designed to close this gap.

In its partnership with The Iron Yard, SOLTECH will provide guaranteed interviews to The Iron Yard students.

“This is something we are already doing,” said SOLTECH founder Veanne Smith.

“But the TechHire initiative brings extra meaning and purpose to our efforts,” said Smith.
