Staffing Process

Sourcing

SOLTECH works hard to stay connected to Atlanta's IT professionals throughout their careers - from graduation to executive leadership. We know we are doing our jobs well when our candidates become our clients time and time again. For us, sourcing is about developing genuine relationships, and getting to know what each candidate needs to help them progress in their career. We are invested in helping Atlanta's technology talent grow and thrive, and we do this one conversation at a time.

Screening

Each candidate goes through a multi-step screening process before we present them to our clients. Our technical recruiters perform initial telephone interviews, background checks and reference checks while members of our Software Solution's team conduct personality, aptitude and technical interviews. Our goal is to only present qualified candidates that are both a good match on soft skills and hard skills, to ultimately save you effort and reduce the time it takes to fill your resource needs.

Technical Interviews

Our software architects meet with each candidate and go through a series of technical questions and problems. Because our Software Solution's team delivers projects using a wide range of technologies including .Net, Java, SWIFT, Objective C, Xamarin, PhoneGap, MVC, SQL, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, etc. we are able to confidently tech each candidate regardless of their technology background. Our technical interviews not only cover programming knowledge and experience, but also look at problem solving aptitude and the ability to handle difficult challenges.

Presenting a Candidate

Once a candidate is screened and interviewed internally, our Staffing Team meets to match our candidates to our current opportunities. If there is a good match, we will discuss the opportunity with the candidate and then present them to the client. It is our aim to do the heavy-lifting for you, so that after meeting only a few candidates, you are able to confidently extend an offer.

Follow Up and Account Management

Staffing is never truly done. Once a candidate is successfully placed, we continue to follow up with both the client and the candidate on a regular basis to make sure the transition is smooth and both parties are happy. Any feedback we receive is shared with our team so we can continue to improve or service to you.
