SOLTECH Earns Best & Brightest Company to Work For in the Nation for Sixth Straight Year
SOLTECH, an Atlanta-based custom software development, Data & AI, technology consulting, and IT staffing company, has been named a 2026 Best and Brightest Company to Work For® in the Nation by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR). This marks the sixth consecutive year SOLTECH has earned the national recognition.
The national honor follows SOLTECH’s recognition last month as one of Atlanta’s 2026 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For and places the company among employers from across the country recognized for strong workplace practices and a commitment to their people.
Best and Brightest national winners are evaluated by an independent research firm across key areas of the employee experience, including compensation and benefits, employee engagement and retention, education and development, employee recognition, communication and shared vision, work-life balance, community initiatives, and leadership and company performance.

NABR described the 2026 national winners as organizations that demonstrate the power of a people-first culture and serve as examples of workplace excellence nationwide.
SOLTECH’s national recognition also extends the company’s visibility beyond Atlanta. Best and Brightest national winners will be featured in Corp! Magazine’s 2026 Best and Brightest winners issue. The 2026 national and Elite winners are also scheduled to be recognized in The Wall Street Journal in February 2027.
