Every candidate is required to meet with us face to face via a video or in person, which allows us to conduct a thorough interpersonal interview. Our goal is to present only qualified candidates who provide superior soft skills and technical expertise. Our Software Solutions team can help evaluate each candidate and go through a series of technical questions and problems. Our technical interviews not only cover programming knowledge and experience but also look at problem-solving aptitude and the ability to handle difficult challenges.
PRESENTING A CANDIDATE
Once a candidate is screened and interviewed internally, our Staffing Solutions team works to match the candidate with an opportunity that fits their skillset and career goals. Once we identify a candidate that is a strong match for your opportunity, your dedicated Account Manager will present the candidate for your review and talk through the candidate’s skillset with you. We focus on quality over quantity, and pride ourselves on presenting a smaller number of highly qualified candidates vs. a larger number of semi-qualified candidates.
