Each candidate goes through a multi-step screening process before we present them to you. Our technical recruiters perform initial telephone interviews, background checks, and reference checks while members of our Software Solution’s team conduct personality, aptitude, and technical interviews. Our goal is only to present qualified candidates that are a good match on soft skills and hard skills. Ultimately, we want to save you effort and reduce the time it takes to fill your resource needs.


Our software architects meet with each candidate and go through a series of technical questions and problems. Because our Software Solution’s team delivers projects using a wide range of technologies including .Net, Node, Java, SQL, JQuery, HTML5, React, etc. we are able to confidently tech each candidate regardless of their technical background. Our technical interviews not only cover programming knowledge and experience but also look at problem-solving aptitude and the ability to handle difficult challenges.


Once a candidate is screened and interviewed internally, our IT Staffing team meets to match our candidates to your current opportunity. If there is a good match, we will discuss the opportunity with the candidate and present them to you. We aim to do the heavy lifting for you so that after meeting only a few candidates, you can confidently extend an offer.
