Chris Hill has been at The Weather Company for over 17 years, a career that started as a software engineer, advanced to senior software engineer, Director, VP, SVP, and now, Chief Information and Technology Officer – quite the journey! His passion in technology revolves around data and innovation within teams, and data has always been at the center of his work at TWC. Inspired by a piece of advice from a brilliant mentor, Chris sought to create and nurture his personal brand in order to advance his career. For Chris, building a personal brand to establish trust in his colleagues, and learning from mentors in leadership positions were critical practices to establish himself as a leader throughout his career.
