It Started with a Vision
Our founders set out to create a company that delivered pristine custom software solutions – on time, on budget, and aligned with client needs. They imagined a team large enough to support diverse projects, yet small enough to stay fast and nimble. With strong business insight, technical expertise, and exceptional project management, their vision became the foundation for launching SOLTECH.
History
Founded in 1998, SOLTECH grew from that vision into an award-winning, national, women-owned technology firm. We became known for custom software development, technology consulting, IT staffing, and advanced AI and data engineering. From the start, we have focused on helping organizations modernize systems, navigate change, and achieve measurable results through thoughtful, well-designed technology solutions.
