SOLTECH Spotlight: Meet Taylor, Staffing Coordinator

Introducing Taylor Harris…
Taylor is a homegrown SOLTECHie, raised in Atlanta and a graduate of Georgia State University. She’s been on the lookout for the best and brightest tech talent for SOLTECH since January and isn’t slowing down anytime soon. No biography of Taylor would be complete without mentioning Lola, her “cute, fluffy dog” that’s she’s “completely obsessed with”.

What’s your favorite app?
Yelp! I’m a foodie and love trying new places so I refer to Yelp a lot for reviews or pictures of the restaurant/food – I’m big on posting reviews too!
What’s your favorite thing about working for SOLTECH?
Probably being able to work with such creative people. It’s fun to be able to work somewhere that is constantly generating innovative ideas and that is supportive of that creativity! Besides that, I would have to say the view is pretty awesome!
At what store would you most likely max out your credit card?
Target, without a doubt.
How would you explain your job to a child?
I call people who want to work where I work and help them get jobs! I also help with getting those people set up to come in and meet some of the more important people I work with. When people get jobs here – I help get them set up for their first day. When we have new job openings, I fill the team in on everything they need to know so that they know what to look for.
What would you choose as your last meal on Earth?
Steak and a loaded baked potato (I’ve thought about this before)
Would you rather: always blurt out the first thing that comes to mind or never speak again?
Never speak again
Pizza or tacos?
Most difficult question ever……but pizza is my absolute favorite food so I would have to go with Pizza
