Do You Offer Software Support?
We offer two types of support for your application. One is software support for the software or code itself, and the other is for the hosting of the application.
Software support covers changing your application once it is live, for any number of reasons. Maybe your business is changing and your software needs to change too. Maybe your customers want new features. Or maybe certain functions are not be working as they need to.
If you need a little support or a lot, we can help. We have crafted our support plans so you can just call us when you need us, or have a full-time dedicated resource working with you directly. Our plans are very flexible, allowing you to change as your support needs change.
Hosting support is where we monitor your cloud infrastructure, respond to any alerts, and resolve any hosting related issues. For example, if your site went down, had a spike in CPU, we would let you know there we were alerted to an issue and work to resolve it on your behalf.
Also, if you notice that your site feels slow, or your application isn’t working like you think it should, we can see if it is a hosting issue, or a software issue and help you resolve either. Sometimes it is hard to tell which it is. Our hosting and software support give you a one stop number to call for all of your hosted software needs.
